“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure”, said Colin Powell. As we read that sentence, we think about success and everything that is incorporated in it to make it so wonderful. Our students have been putting in a lot of hours on the putting green and course to help prepare themselves for tournaments. At GNCGA, our students give it their all everyday and are role models for one another. They are a team because they work together to help each other be the best that they can be.
We would like to take a moment to recognize our students and tour players on their recent accomplishments:
November 23rd-25th was the 49th Annual George Holliday Memorial Golf Tournament that took place at Myrtle Beach National. Full-time students, Susana Olivares finished T1 and Angel Guerra finished T3. Great job! For more information about this tournament, please click here.

Fabricio Gaxiola took on the National tournament in Acapulco, Mexico and finished T11! We are so proud of him and how far he has come. His determination and motivation sure is paying off and we can’t wait to see what will happen next!
