Todd Barlow - Instructor
Todd Barlow is a Class A member of the PGA of Canada, and has been a professional since 2004. Todd has always tried to stay on the cutting edge of teaching and coaching. I am PGA of Canada Coaching Level 5 trained, As well having attended many High Performance and Coaching workshops.
He has worked extensively in the Private club setting at Mad River Golf Club in Canada as well as public courses in Canada. His most recent post was at Pawleys Plantation in Pawleys Island, SC.
Previously Todd gained a wealth of experience at Shelburne Golf and Country Club in Canada where he was able to learn from Sam Young what makes a successful Golf Professional. Mr. Young has developed one of the top junior programs in Canada and has received the awards that go along with that success. In 1989 Mr. Young was named Canadian PGA Professional of the Year. In 2002 and 2003 Mr. Young was named Ontario PGA Junior Teacher of the year, and in 2002 he was named CPGA Junior Leader of the Year. In 2011 he was also elected to the Ontario Golf Hall of Fame. While at Shelburne Golf & C.C. I coached many current and former NCAA Division I, & II players. He has also coached former Canadian National team member and current playing professional Dave Markle.
Todd has also gained knowledge and experience playing on the Great Lakes and Minor League mini-tours.
